Sweat Flow

A challenging flow in a heated room that targets flexibility, posture, balance, and core. The sequencing of poses will also help you leave with a deep sense of relaxation. Great for all levels from beginner to advanced.  Modifications and variations always offered.

Sweat Flow Kirtan + Philosophy

Our signature Sweat Flow class with kirtan and timeless wisdom from the East. Kirtan is a musical meditation with roots dating back many centuries in India. The singing and chanting in call and response form induces profound states of meditation and bliss. We’ll end with ancient stories and wisdom from sacred texts like the Ramayana and Bhagavad Gita.
