SWEAT FLOW KIRTAN
A combination of our signature Sweat Flow class (50 min) + 15 min of kirtan (mantra music meditation). The singing and chanting in call and response form induces profound states of meditation and bliss. This is Atthena’s favorite class!
RELAX & RESTORE
Practiced on our custom-made, cushioned airweave mats, this class consists of light stretching, breathing exercises, and our deep relaxation meditation. Leave feeling peaceful, calm, and grounded. Great if you’re looking to unwind with no strenuous activity.

Meditation trains our attention and awareness to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Experience a guided meditation rooted in the Vedic Indian philosophy which will bring you through breathing exercises, concentration techniques, and visualization to reset and quiet the mind.

Practiced laying down on our backs on our custom airweave mats, this special meditation brings you through the various koshas, or layers, of your subtle body and uproots any stored tension or stress so that deep states of healing may happen.
